Add Reasons Function for awarding Server Loyalty Points

Add a simple "reasons" function when you manually award server points to users. "Jake awarded Kevin 50 points | Keep up the good work!" It would be added into the points embed where you can type a custom reason, and it would appear in the message the appears in a channel when its confirmed.
