[Add Reasons Function for awarding Server Loyalty Points]

Add a simple "reasons" function when you manually award server points to users. "Jake awarded Kevin 50 points | Keep up the good work!" It would be added into the points embed where you can type a custom reason, and it would appear in the message the appears in a channel when its confirmed.

I've noticed Tatsu is lacking in actual variety of games. The individual features are in-depth and engaging in themselves but there isn't a lot of ways to earn credits or points efficiently. So I propose a completely new type of game; Trivia! It'd work similar to something like Rock Puppy, either true or false questions, or a multiple choice question in which anyone can participate. Whoever reaches the score to win first wins the round and a leaderboard pops up at the end. This would be a fun, simple new feature for many to participate in and add to a good arsenal to Tatsu's games.
