many users, including me, use Tatsu mainly for leveled roles, and not to ban/kick users with the bot. it's tedious when users clog the chat by having Tatsu say "YoU DoN'T hAvE pErMiSsIoN tO uSe ThIs CoMmAnD", even in a ignored channel.
