ive been having the same problem!! it seems like a bug to me

hey tatsu team! are the starlight furniture boxes bugged? i got one and forgot about it for like a day or so and when i tried to use it it wouldnt open... so i chalked it up to the "open it before it freezes" tag meaning that it must be used immediately. i ended up tossing that box because it just wouldnt work. however- i got a second one from a fancy starlight present and immediately jumped to use it the moment i got it but when i did it still would not work. i kept typing use and it would delete the message like it was going to accept it but then nothing would happen.... any help?
