[Best house subjectively according to you]

My very subjective opinions:

PENTHOUSE: I love the penthouse the best because of the open floor space and the huge windows. It's airy and spacious. I know that a lot of people dislike the penthouse for these same reasons, but it totally works for me. The only thing I'd change about it would be to add more rooms--the more space, the better! 

BERANDA: There are things I like about the beranda, and things I dislike. The fact that the room with the stairs is just a hallway, and that one of the rooms doesn't have any windows, makes the house feel a bit cramped to me. I don't mind the wooden panels as much as everyone seems to, I think they work well with the overall feel of the house. Adding a window to the windowless room would be a big improvement. 

STREET-SIDE: I love this apartment in theory; the overall design is really cute. But the furniture slots aren't great, especially in the innermost room. That's the thing I'd change about this one.

BEACH HOUSE: This used to be my least favorite house because of the weird wooden wall and the stone floors that can't be covered, but I recently purchased it on a whim and I'm pretty happy with how it looks after I decorated it. The wooden wall is still weird (and ugly!) but I think that in terms of furniture slots this is the best house out of all the two room options. 

NORTH-BALCONY: There's a lot that I dislike about this house: the half-step (?) with the mat that cuts off any flooring you use, the useless cabinet thing that's just taking space that could be used to place furniture of our choosing, and the not-so-great furniture slots. I love the window with the green view outside, though. Redesigning the entrance room would be a major improvement.

DEFAULT: It's actually a really great house! Pretty good furniture slots that make it easier to decorate. The only thing I'd change about this one is the tiny basement window, I'd make it bigger.
