New "Food" Channel for Tatsu Server

Suggestion

To have a new "Foodie" channel under the hangout section.

Reason

I think it'd be great to have a new channel to talk about food - what people are eating, sharing food from different places, sharing recipes. We are usually doing it in the general channel, but I thought it good to have a dedicated spot for it. Good channel for people to bond!
