Fishing Upgrades

Fishing could have multiple upgrades that you can buy such as bait, fishing rods etc.
Baits could increase the chance of finding fish while fishing rods would allow you to fish more frequently.

Following up on the upgrading fishing rod: but where you upgrade to a better fishing rod or buy some attachment that will increase your chances of getting rare fish/creatures. 
Example: Normal fishing rod (normal catch rate) -> Fisherman rod (10% higher chance of getting rares) -> Enchanted fishing rod (20% higher chance of getting rares). 

The names and numbers are random ofc, but you get the idea.
