Vote Streak Buff: Reset/Broke Despite Voting every 12H

Edit: I guess this got resolved now, you an archive/delete the thread.

I was at Tier 3 Streak Buff, then I voted and it put me at Tier 1, this occured after voting successively right after the 12 hour period expired and I could vote again.

Now it went back to Tier 3, from Tier 1 when it should probably be at Tier 4+. Here's hopping, in the next 12 hours when I can vote it doesn't go back to Tier 1.
