[t!vote] Disable nag message server-wide

Suggestion:

I would like to get rid of the nag message prompting me to vote for Tatsu on a server-wide level.

The nag message I am talking about is shown in the linked image.

Something like t@vote reminder set disable would be great for that!

Reason:

Since the message produces extra spam I would like to be able to eliminate it altogether.

There is a work around you can do for this:

By disabling t!score, you can avoid the voting prompts. t!rank shows the same thing as t!score, but with an added graphic too.

Therefore, doing t@disable score and then enabling rank is the best solution I found to avoid the voting prompts.
