[T!House] Add Toggle Animation on t!house to Capture More HD Picture

Suggestion: Add a toggle to turn on/off pet idle/meeko cosmetic/house animation 

Reason: GIF format is one of worst format quality wise with its 8bit, 256 colors at most limitation. We can't capture our house image without it being grainy and all just because of idle animation for our pet (and meeko cosmetics).
