Features for an easier life for moderators

Two of them.

A. A command to list the infractions a member has and maybe add infractions to the notifiable categories. (You know, when u do t@notify)

 

B. A command to manually delete infractions like we can manually give them.

For B: you can already add any role as a bot manager under the server settings on the dashboard, they don't need to be administratior. This allows them to access the dashboard.
